Patrick founded Flynn Construction in 1986 and has been at the helm of construction in Austin for over three decades of growth and expansion.
With a background in architectural engineering and building design, Patrick brings a wide range of expertise to each project, including significant experience building data center and cleanroom facilities in both the public and private sectors. His leadership has earned Flynn Construction numerous awards for maintaining the highest standard of quality.
Over the course of his career, Patrick has also maintained a particular focus on issues related to sustainability, energy conservation and environmental preservation.

Preston has nine years of experience in the construction industry. He oversees projects in the corporate office, healthcare, advanced technology, private education and retail sectors. Preston is involved from preconstruction through project closeout to assist our clients and project team in meeting our company’s goals of providing outstanding quality and delivering projects on time and on budget.

Darren has nearly 40 years of experience in the construction industry. From field supervision to executive management, he has developed public, private, and non-profit industrial and university complexes, hotels, medical facilities, multifamily and residential projects. Darren leads teams and drives growth and policy development as the industry and technologies change.
Byron Cornelius

Byron has over eight years of experience in the construction industry.
After receiving his Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Engineering from Texas Tech University, he began his career serving in positions such as project manager, project engineer, and estimator.
He has been the Senior Estimator with Flynn Construction for two years, overseeing projects ranging from $1,000,000-
$65,000,000. Bryon has been responsible for tasks such as 3D modeling, BIM coordination, value engineering, and subcontractor management.

Scott has nearly 30 years of hands-on experience managing all aspects of the construction process. Scott is well-versed in preparing conceptual hard bid cost estimates and using construction specialized software. Mr. HerrNeckar is detail-oriented, organized and highly motivated.
